At The Accel Group, recognizing our employees and their hard work, dedication, and accomplishments is important to us. This past weekend, we gathered for our annual Accel Holiday Party in West Des Moines. We celebrated this past year, acknowledged those who observed a Milestone Anniversary with the agency, and honored this year’s recipients of our Accel Core Value Awards.
Milestone Anniversaries:
As each year passes, we gain another year of excellence and experience because of the important work each of our employees engages in daily. Our Milestone Anniversaries are those of five-year increments, meaning individuals celebrating an anniversary of five, ten, fifteen years, or more.
