Director of Business Systems & Technology


Tyler McAndrew is the Director of Business Systems & Technology at The Accel Group. He started at Accel in 2017, oversaw the Claims and Risk Improvement department for several years, and transitioned into Business Systems and Technology department in late 2023. He has two degrees in Business Administration and Human Resources from the University of Dubuque. Tyler is also a licensed property and casualty agent in Iowa.

In his free time, Tyler enjoys live music, good food, and sports in all forms, whether that be playing, coaching, or cheering on the LA Dodgers, New York Jets, and (of course) the Iowa Hawkeyes.
