BUSINESS SOLUTIONS: DOL Issues New Proposal on Overtime Exemptions
The Department of Labor is again reviewing salary levels for certain exempt employees. If you have exempt employees (such as assistant manager, supervisors, specialists) that earn less than $35,308 annually, you will want to keep an eye on this proposed rule change.
Note – this is a proposed rule change only. No changes will take effect until after a final rule is published.
